Built for radio people, new and experienced.
Radio Discussion was created in 2025 by a group of radio enthusiasts that wanted to create the best server for everyone, including shortwave listeners, DXers, radio amateurs, and new people trying to get into any of these things.
Our story
Radio can feel confusing when you are just starting out. There are many terms, bands, modes, antennas, radios, licenses, and communities to understand. Radio Discussion was created to bring those topics into one place where people can ask questions, share knowledge, and learn without feeling judged.
The goal is simple: make radio easier to understand and more fun to explore. Whether someone is listening to shortwave broadcasts, hunting distant stations, studying for a license, building antennas, or learning how radio works, Radio Discussion gives them a place to talk with others who enjoy the same hobby.
